This year, Riverside Dental Ceramics participated in the Smile Generation® Serve Day. At the event, our team provided free fillings, single crowns, extractions and cleanings to help create healthier, happier smiles.
Dr. Michael Cho from Riverside Modern Dentistry coordinated this event, and we jumped at the opportunity to support our community and provide services to individuals who would otherwise not be able to receive them.
It was enlightening to be able to witness the community so dedicated to dental care and willing to work with us.
To be able to ensure success during the event, we picked up, fabricated, and delivered all the cases on the same day with the help of two expert clinicians and a driver. This was a testament to our dedication to fast, quality restorations and appliances. Our goal was to get the patients their appliances and restorations as fast as possible, showcasing same-day delivery at its finest.
Seeing the transformation of one patient’s confidence was truly gratifying for the team. One specific patient presented with missing anterior teeth and felt like she had to cover her mouth every time she smiled. After her treatment, she couldn’t stop smiling because of the esthetic result.
Another patient needed a denture relined, was missing tooth #7, and had a hole in the palate leading to an ill-fitting denture that inhibited her ability to eat properly. Through our team’s dedicated efforts, the patient was provided a restored denture that assisted the return of proper oral function without additional appointments.
For nine hours, our team was laser-focused on quality from the first patient to the very last patient. In total, our team was able to complete seven cases, from start to finish. It was wonderful to see the patients’ newfound confidence from their rejuvenated smiles.
